I finally (after 4 days) bit the bullet and ordered Domino's delivery at the guest house - "real pork" pepperoni and mushrooms. That, a glass of wine, and a side of WWE wrestling...not a bad night in India.
dude. I don't even order domino's in america! what's next, TGI Fridays? And wine with pizza? I'm going to have to confiscate your Man Card. Get some Kingfisher!

Sounds like 2 out of 30 so far...
Guess they don't have the "30 minutes or it's free" guarantee if your place is as remote as you say. But, the way they drive----maybe.
So they also have "unreal" pork???
